Personalized Split Panel Full size Basketball

I've ordered these basketballs for 2 years now. We use them as championship trophies for a tournament. They are beautiful. The teams love them. Who needs another trophy in there case, when you can have something like this. The customer service is great, actually the whole process is great. I will probably be using them next year, too.

Fantastic service !! I ordered a ball for my daughter who has scored over a 1000 points for her career on a Friday morning. They got back to me by lunch with a proof and shipped it to me that day ! I had it Monday afternoon. Then the ball looked even better in person ! Worked with TJ and he was very accommodating. You guys did great work ! I even told some of my other friends with kids in sports about your company. Not one complaint !

Second year in a row we have ordered basketballs with a team photo and roster to give to our senior players. Called the staff to be sure we could get them done and shipped in time. She took the time to figure out that as long as I did my part and approved the proof in a timely fashion, then they could be shipped in time (thus saving me the 2 day shipping cost). Order process is very easy and received proofs in a very timely manner. Received the basketballs today with time to spare before our senior night! Wish more businesses provided the type of customer service they do!

CLS was such a pleasure to work with. Every contact I made with questions both pre, during, and post order were answered very quickly and politely. When I first received my order (three 3 panel balls) and there was an issue, I reached out with pictures and Karen called me right away, explained how it happened, apologized profusely, and gave solutions as to how to correct it, as well as a 50% rebate. One of the balls needed to be re-shipped, but it was Thursday and my event was the next Tuesday, so I was worried I wouldn't get it in time. The new ball was on my front porch by Saturday morning! All three balls turned out excellent and our three seniors were so excited to have received them! I can't tell you how refreshing it was to do business with such kind and caring people who clearly keep their customers as their #1 priority. I would definitely recommend to CLS to others!
